RETURNPOLICY
In-Store Purchases:
Please note that purchases made in-store at South Soles are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Online Orders:
For orders placed through our website, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@southsoles.se. Returns should be sent to the following address

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Used products:
We do not accept returns after a customer finalizes a purchase and that you will not provide compensation or a replacement item.
Here are some things you should consider:
âą We do not offer exchanges. However, you're welcome to place a new order if you want another size or product.
âą Items being returned are your responsibility until they reach us. Please follow our return instructions and use the return label we provide to ensure secure shipping.
âą We will refund the full price you paid for the product â including discounted or sale items, once the return is received and approved.
âą All returned products are carefully inspected upon arrival.
âą A handling and shipping fee of SEK 200 will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of the prepaid return label and processing.
âą Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
