RETURNPOLICY

In-Store Purchases:
Please note that purchases made in-store at South Soles are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Online Orders:
For orders placed through our website, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@southsoles.se. Returns should be sent to the following address

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Used products:
We do not accept returns after a customer finalizes a purchase and that you will not provide compensation or a replacement item.


Here are some things you should consider:
• We do not exchange products. However, you can order the same product again.
• Products returned are your responsibility until they have been returned to us. Therefore, it is best to follow our return instructions to protect the products against damage and wear.
• We will refund the price you bought the products for - this includes products bought on sale.
• All products are inspected when we receive them back.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Insure all packages with a tracking number.

Upon return, a handling fee of SEK 150 per item will be added.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
