That's why we offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order their desired sneakers. We use our European network to locate the shoes and ensure they are authentic and delivered to you as soon as possible.

This is what the process looks like:

• Visit www.southsoles.se and place a pre-order for a pair of sneakers.
• We will search for the product among our suppliers daily.
• When we find the shoes, we will buy them and check their authenticity and condition.
• You will receive an email notification when this happens.
• The shoes will then be placed in our warehouse and inspected.
• The shoes will be shipped to you and you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days at your nearest representative.

The typical delivery time for a pair of sneakers is 21 business days after the order is placed, but this can vary depending on the shoe model and size. To check the status of a pre-order, please contact contact@southsoles.se with your order number.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to contact@southsoles.se with your name, order number and reason for cancellation. A fee of 250 SEK will be applied if the shoes have already been purchased.

If you choose to pay with Klarna invoice, the invoice will be sent to you when the shoes are shipped.
