Thank you for visiting and shopping at Southsoles.se. The following are the conditions that make up our shipping policy.
Shipping handling time for products in stock.
All orders are processed within 1 working day. If we experience a large order volume, deliveries may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
99 SEK for shipping within Sweden
Delivery method: Estimated delivery time;
- Shipping within Sweden - 1-2 days.
- The rest of the world - 14-40 days depending on where you live, more accurate estimates are shown on the checkout page.
Delivery confirmation & order tracking
You will receive an email confirmation of delivery when your order has been shipped with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We use Postnord's tracked delivery methods, where you can check the package's status at any time with the link in the shipping message that ends up in your email. The order is considered delivered when the goods end up in the buyer's or a third party chosen by the buyer in physical possession. However, the responsibility for lost or damaged items, as well as the risk of the goods, lies with the buyer when the item has been packed and shipped from us. Other terms apply to insured shipments.
Ownership of the item or items transfers when we have received full payment for the ordered, including delivery fees, and when the goods have been delivered.
- For uncollected packages, a handling fee of 300 SEK will be added.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices are those specified for each product on the website, except in situations where it is apparent that the price is incorrect. South Soles reserves the right to correct the price afterward. We will contact you if you have ordered an item with the wrong price and ask you if you want to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel the purchase. In situations where we cannot get in touch with you, we will cancel the order and the amount paid will be refunded to you. We will not deliver a product that has been ordered with an obviously incorrect price that you reasonably should have realized has occurred by mistake even if a confirmation has been sent to you via email.
The prices on the website are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
We at South Soles want to emphasize that prices can change, but it will not affect the orders for which a confirmation has been sent.
Customers can use Klarna, American Express, Mastercard , and Visa as payment methods. Before entering into a purchase agreement, the customer can choose the payment method and complete the process, providing the requested information before entering the purchase agreement. In the case of direct payment, account card information will be hidden to minimize potential risks.
Complaints
Southsoles.se is responsible for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact contact@southsoles.se, and we will respond within 24 hours with a solution. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER
It is possible to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order. If you still want to cancel your order after 24 hours have passed, you will be charged a 150 SEK deducted from the refund amount.
