Since its inception in 2017, Clint419's Corteiz brand has been known for its collaborative projects, collaborating with UK rap artists such as Central Cee and Meekz, as well as brands such as Soho Yacht Club and Motherlan. Now the London-based brand is getting ready for its biggest collaboration to date: a project with the Air Max 95 together with Nike.
After teasing the collaboration by projecting his logo over the Nike store in London, owner Clint419 has taken to Instagram to offer a glimpse of the upcoming shoes. While details of the inspiration behind the collaboration have yet to be revealed, leaked images hint at a military theme. The side panels are done in different shades of green, reminiscent of military uniforms, and are complemented by upper layers that resemble army mesh. The Swoosh logo has been replaced by a Corteiz text, and the significant Alcatraz branding is prominently displayed on the tongue. To enhance the military feel, the soles are covered with a camouflage pattern.
Although early reports suggest a March launch, we await official confirmation.
