Therefore, we offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order the desired sneakers. We use our European network to locate the shoes and ensure they are genuine and delivered to you as soon as possible.
This is what the process looks like:
- Visit www.southsoles.se and place a pre-order for a pair of sneakers.
- We will search for the product among our suppliers daily.
- When we find the shoes, we will buy them and check their authenticity and condition.
- You will receive an email notification when this happens.
- The shoes will then be placed in our warehouse and inspected.
- The shoes will be sent to you and you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days at your nearest representative.
The typical delivery time for a pair of sneakers is 21 working days after the order is placed, but this can vary depending on the shoe model and size. To check the status of a pre-order, contact contact@southsoles.se with your order number.
If you wish to cancel your order, send an email to contact@southsoles.se with your name, order number and reason for cancellation. A fee of SEK 250 will be applied if the shoes have already been purchased.
If you choose to pay with a Klarna invoice, the invoice will be sent to you when the shoes are shipped.
